Quick Recipe – Cameroonian Baked Fish
Ingredients:
• 1 whole fish (tilapia or snapper)
• 2 tbsp Mbong Fish Spice
• 1 tbsp oil
• Lemon wedges
Instructions:
1. Rub fish with Mbong Fish Spice and oil.
2. Let marinate 20–30 mins.
3. Bake at 375°F for 25 mins or grill until golden.
4. Garnish with onions, parsley, and lemon slices.
